■ Oven-baked young chicken

Chicken marinated in Saumur for 3 hours with our original blend of herbs, then baked in the oven.

■ Assorted steak platter (A4 rank Wagyu beef steak and brand pork steak)

Iberian pork steak: This dish is made from Iberian pork, one of the world's three great pigs, and is cooked slowly at low temperature for an hour, making it a dish that can only be enjoyed at Tommy Second.
