Young chicken saumured for 3 hours with a unique blend of herbs and then roasted in the oven.

This steak is made with Nagasaki beef, which won a gold medal in a Japanese beef competition!

The dough is prepared by hand every day and left to rest for a day before being baked in a pizza oven at 500℃!
